There are so many activities and knowledge to get out of this book. It is a real catch, I highly recommend it.
this workbook tho!! it is lush! I have been reading it over and over and every time I read it I seem to take in something new and really grasp a new part of the workbook. I love the recipes and have near to perfected them but am a fan of the yoga too.
This book is great! Not only is it informative but it has recipes and yoga poses and so many more things to improve daily life! I love this book and have probably read it at least 6 times, love this so much!
A great workbook to follow and learn from. Have had an enlightening experience with this book and would love to read others of the same kind! Although I've done yoga before this yoga was so much more intense mentally. Would highly recommend it.
This is an amazing workbook. Am still an amateur when it comes to yoga and things like it, and this has helped me so much to learn and grow on this subject. I would highly recommend it if you are planning to carry on with yoga and want to improve your form but also your mental state when doing it.
