Where is Powerfully Pure based?

We're a small, independent business based in Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom. We're not part of a large supplement conglomerate — Powerfully Pure is run by Fiona Boulton and a small team.

Are your products certified organic?

Several of our products — including our MSM, Marine Phytoplankton, Chlorella, Castor Oil and Fulvic Minerals — are grown and processed to organic standards. However, they have not yet completed formal third-party organic certification (such as registration with the Soil Association), and we're upfront about that on each product page. We're actively working towards full certification.

Do your products contain fillers, binders, or additives?

No. Our supplements are formulated to avoid unnecessary fillers, binders, anti-caking agents, and artificial additives wherever possible. Each product page lists the full ingredients so you can check exactly what you're getting.

Are your products suitable during pregnancy?

Some of our products (including Ashwagandha, Castor Oil, and our Salt Soak) carry specific pregnancy precautions, which are listed on the relevant product page. As with any supplement, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional before use if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication.

How do I know how much to take?

Each product page has a 'Suggested Use' section with dosing guidance. We generally recommend starting with a smaller amount and building up gradually, particularly for concentrated extracts like Ashwagandha and MSM.
