This video of qiyoga has been the perfect way for me to get back into the fitness world since my operation. It has been so great to start to workout again and to feel great doing it. I haven't done this before but I thought I mays well learn a new sport while I learn although again.

Feel more relaxed <3

I have tried this yoga a few times now as every time I start I tend to get unmotivated and then stop, only to have to restart again sometime in another month. This time I stuck it out and watched and copied it the whole way through and I feel great! I feel so much more relaxed whenever I start this routine.
