                • Our organic Psyllium husk is derived from Plantago seeds, and is a great way to improve your digestion, cleanse your body, and can relieve constipation, among other things. Each 100g of Psyllium Husk provides 17g of soluble fibre.

                  Whether you suffer from conditions like chronic constipation, Chron’s Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or just want to improve your overall health, our organic Psyllium husk is the perfect addition to your diet.

                  100% organic, whole husk Psyllium.No other fillers, binders, or other nasties.

                  Mix one tablespoon (approximately 5g) Psyllium husk in 250ml water or juice 1-3 times daily, at least 30 minutes before meals.
                  Be sure that you drink an additional 250ml of water after taking it.

                I have used this every day since I bought this a few months ago and it has helped me so much. I love this drink. I feel detoxified and it has helped my digestion issues, infact I havent had any issues since I started using this bundle. It is perfect. I highly recommend it.

                This item has relieved my appetite by quite a bit, whenever I am hungry or feel like I want to snack as long as I haven't had the product that day I have some, and I start to feel less hungry instantly.
