The third level, best done only once you have mastered Yoga Nidra Level 1 and 2 (meaning when you can stay awake through the whole guided meditation of Yoga Nidra Level 1 and Level 2), involves working with the body's energy channels, (meridians and nadis), to clear any blockages. Practices at this level may include focusing on the breath and the chakras, which can lead to a reinvigoration of energy throughout the body. Benefits at this level often include an increased sense of vitality and improved energy flow.
To prepare for your Yoga Nidra Meditation, to help you manifest your desires into reality you will be asked to repeat your goal in a clear, concise manner. You will be prompted to repeat the exact same goal three times at the beginning of the Yoga Nidra and three times at the end.
