Firstly commence with a ¼ teaspoon and gradually increase serving size to 1 teaspoon. Can be taken 1-2 times per day. SHINE can be mixed with water, juice or smoothies.

NOTE

When adding Shine powder to smoothies, thoroughly blend all ingredients by hand or in a shaker - do not use a blender! Stainless steel blades in blenders can deactivate vitamin C.

I have needed to use vit c tablets as I am vit c deficient but this has been a much better method of getting the vitamin c that I need. I have found it to be much more enjoyable than tbaelts and it tastes a lot better too. I usually have it with my morning juice and it has always helped me throughout the day.
